At the same time, Marco Morosini artworks can be purchased remotely through the website www.marcomorosini.com.
The marketing and distribution of products at a distance is delegated to ARTHA SRL, which reserves the right to propose a selection of articles and to exclude certain categories of products from distance selling. The use of the process of distance selling described in these general conditions of sale is reserved exclusively for final consumers (hereinafter "customers"), acting exclusively on their behalf.
Applicability of these conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are applicable to all sales of ARTHA artworks concluded through the website www.marcomorosini.com. The customer must take care to examine these conditions carefully before completing the procedure for purchasing ARTHA products via the web. It is understood that the placing of a purchase order through the website implies total and absolute knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their full acceptance. The customer is therefore obliged to observe these conditions in its dealings with ARTHA SRL and also acknowledges that ARTHA SRL does not consider itself bound by conditions other than these conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
These general conditions of sale are to be considered applicable and in force as long as they are accessible from the website www.marcomorosini.com. Any deletion of these terms and conditions from the www.marcomorosini.com website implies their automatic inapplicability in relation to purchases made after their deletion.
The items in the Marco Morosini Art Store can be purchased, while stocks last, by those who are 18 years of age or older and have their residence and/or domicile in one of the member countries of the European Union.
Orders can also be placed without registering and creating a personal customer account, following the steps and instructions specified on the site itself.
It is possible to place an order in a country other than your country of residence, but you must choose the products and complete the purchase from the site of the country where you want delivery to be made. In the checkout page there is the possibility to change the destination country: by selecting the name of the country you will access the site that allows you to ship products to that specific country.
ARTHA SRL reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received and will communicate directly to the customer any inability to accept orders.

Orders may be delayed in shipping and delivery in case of holidays. The following are considered public holidays: January 1, January 6, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, December 25, December 26.

ARTHA SRL will give the customer the opportunity to reconfirm the purchase of products at the correct price or cancel it.
Methods of Payment
Payment by the customer can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, PostePay recharge and cash on delivery with an extra charge of 5 euros required by the courier.

Transport and Delivery
For the delivery of his purchases, the customer can choose his residence or domicile, his workplace, or the private address of a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is located.
The delivery of the products is made to the address indicated by the customer only after the regular registration of the payment of the relevant order. ARTHA SRL will repair or replace free of charge any product that has been damaged or lost during shipment by our forwarding agent, provided that the customer has notified us in writing, by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org of the damage or loss within 24 hours after the delivery date (in the case of damage) or within 24 hours after the delivery date anticipated to the customer at the time the order was placed (in the case of loss). In the event of damage to the product, the customer is also required to provide ARTHA SRL with the receipt or other document relating to the product in question, together with the original packaging. After that ARTHA SRL will open a discussion with his forwarding agent and will resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
The customer is also required to verify that the products received correspond to those covered by the order placed.

Right of withdrawal
La Marco Morosini Art Store wants to ensure maximum satisfaction to its customers.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate event that products are delivered that do not conform to what was requested, he may return the purchased product within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery, in line with what is regulated by Article 64 of the Consumer Code.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.
Acceptance of the return can only take place after authorization by ARTHA SRL itself.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written notice to ARTHA SRL at the e-mail address email@example.com indicating the order number for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal and the reasons.
The customer will then receive a communication from ARTHA SRL with the return authorization with which it will send the items it intends to return.

We will not accept returns of items purchased without first following the above procedure.
The customer shall bear the risks associated with the return and the transport costs for the return.
The re-credit is made to the customer's current account corresponding to the credit card used for the payment or bank transfer.
It remains in any case understood that, according to the provisions of Article 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer. Therefore, if the products returned by the customer are found to have been used or to have suffered any kind of damage, they will not be refunded.

- damage or loss caused by the products (or by their use by the customer), subject in any case to the application of the mandatory rules of law regarding the responsibility of the producer;
- damages that have not been caused by non-performance by ARTHA SRL;
- loss of business or trade opportunities.
Within the limits specified above, the responsibility of ARTHA SRL cannot in any case exceed the price paid by the customer for the product that caused the damage.
